Yes. Registered clubs and non-profit associations receive a 10 % discount on staff costs for all event services – in particular event security (from €30/h) and access control & stewarding (from €29/h). All we need is proof: an extract from the register of associations or a non-profit status certificate. The discount is already shown in the written quote and applies to club festivals, street festivals, sports events and anniversaries in Freudenstadt, Alpirsbach, the Black Forest and all of Baden-Württemberg.

Hourly rates range from €26 (security service) to €49 (close / VIP protection) per security officer and hour. Investigations and detective work start at €39/h. Surcharges: night (10 pm–6 am) +25 %, Sunday +50 %, public holiday +100 %, booking under 48 h +20 %, under 24 h +40 % (cumulative, max. twice). Travel per service according to price list V15.0 (valid from 01.11.2026); minimum booking 4 hours per assignment. You receive a binding written quote before the assignment starts, with no hidden costs. As a small business under § 19 UStG, no VAT is shown.

Mainly Alpirsbach, Freudenstadt, Schwarzwald-Baar-Kreis, Rottweil, Zollernalbkreis, Tübingen and Reutlingen. Cross-border assignments in Switzerland and Austria are also possible. For every assignment abroad I check the applicable legal framework in advance and agree the approach with you transparently.

VIP close protection protects one specific person at high-profile occasions such as galas, banquets, charity dinners or political receptions. Escort service is more flexible: it accompanies you or your guests to appointments, events, airport transfers or private matters. Event security secures the entire event: venue, entrance, schedule and all guests. All three services can be combined.

For planned assignments, 7–14 days' notice is ideal. Short-notice requests are gladly checked by phone and confirmed promptly once current capacity has been reviewed.

Yes. All deployed personnel hold the qualification examination per § 34a GewO. Full insurance cover through Nürnberger Versicherung applies to every assignment.

Yes – especially for event security we prepare a full concept on request, including staffing levels, site plan and schedule planning, also for submission to the authorities.

Yes. As a store detective we work in plain clothes on the sales floor, document shoplifting with usable evidence, address suspects and hand them over to the police if required. You then receive a written incident report.
