2. Purposes & legal bases

  • Providing the website and ensuring stability/security – Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
  • Handling enquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp or contact form – Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR.
  • Performance of security-service contracts – Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR.
  • Statutory retention (tax/commercial law) – Art. 6 (1)(c) GDPR.
  • Statistics and marketing cookies – only after consent under Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR / § 25 (1) TDDDG.

3. Hosting & server log files

The site is hosted on the Lovable platform (Cloudflare-based infrastructure). When the website is accessed, technical log data (IP address, user agent, request timestamp) is processed for the time strictly required to deliver the page and to protect against abuse (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).

4. Cookies & consent

Only strictly necessary cookies are set without consent. Statistics and marketing cookies are only activated after you actively consent via the cookie banner. Consent can be withdrawn at any time via the cookie settings on the website.

5. Contact channels

When you contact us by email, contact form, phone or WhatsApp, the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, request) is processed exclusively to handle your enquiry. WhatsApp messages are transmitted via Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.; please only use WhatsApp if you agree to Meta's terms.

6. Storage periods

Enquiry data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply. Contract- and invoice-related data is retained for the periods required under German commercial and tax law (up to 10 years).

7. Recipients & international transfers

Personal data is only shared with processors bound by data-processing agreements (e.g. hosting, email provider) and with authorities where legally required. Transfers to third countries only take place on the basis of a legally valid mechanism (adequacy decision or EU standard contractual clauses).

8. Your rights

You have the right to information (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR), as well as the right to withdraw a given consent at any time with effect for the future.
