The binding total price results from the individual written quote (§ 3a para. 1 PAngV). Travel and surcharges according to the terms below.
Terms (price list V15.0)
Travel
Travel is included up to 30 km one-way distance from Alpirsbach. Beyond 30 km, travel and, where applicable, trip costs are agreed individually in the quote and shown transparently before order confirmation.

If several surcharges apply, they are added cumulatively to the base price, but no more than twice. The club discount (10 %) is applied to the total after surcharges.
- Minimum booking 4 hours per assignment.
- Additional equipment: If special or additional equipment is required for an assignment, costs may arise by individual agreement. These are shown transparently in the quote before order confirmation.
- Prices may be adjusted in the event of significant changes in wage, collective-agreement, tax or fuel costs. For ongoing contracts > 3 months, adjustments are made with 6 weeks' notice in text form. Individually confirmed single orders remain unaffected.
- Valid from 01.11.2026 until revoked or until a new price list is published. Offers and orders already confirmed in writing remain at the agreed conditions.
- Prices are net guide prices. Under the small business scheme, no VAT is shown in accordance with § 19 UStG.

How short-notice can assignments be arranged?+
Short-notice is possible subject to available capacity. For bookings with less than 48 hours lead time a short-notice surcharge of +20 % applies (+40 % under 24 hours). Whether an assignment can reliably be carried out is confirmed after your enquiry.
Is there a minimum deployment?+
Minimum booking 4 hours per assignment.
How is the price calculated?+
Based on the current price list and the individual scope. The basic service starts at €26/hour; the actual cost depends on duration, location, time of day and special requirements.
How is planning done?+
After the initial enquiry the requirements are clarified together, feasibility is checked and a written quote is issued. Only after quote acceptance is the assignment planned bindingly, including a briefing of the deployed staff.
