Property protection is aimed at companies, developers, property managers and private clients wanting to secure a building, site or defined area for a specific period. It is particularly useful in situations of elevated risk from burglary, vandalism or theft, during sensitive phases such as conversions or vacancies, or after incidents. The individual protection requirement is determined jointly: deployment form (patrol, single post, permanent guard), times and responsibilities are agreed in writing. All patrol rounds are documented. Reliability, clearly defined escalation paths and a professional appearance are the foundation.

Permanent guarding cheaper as a monthly package
The binding total price results from the individual written quote (§ 3a para. 1 PAngV). Travel, night, Sunday and public holiday surcharges and short-notice assignments (under 48 hours lead time) may be charged additionally. As a small business under § 19 UStG no VAT is shown.

Are alarm systems or video surveillance offered as well?+
No. SECURELINE provides personnel security services. Where technology is needed, we recommend cooperation with specialised providers — on-site coordination can be part of the assignment.
How quickly can property protection start after an incident?+
Subject to available capacity, short-notice; with less than 48 hours lead time a short-notice surcharge may apply. Availability is checked after your enquiry.
How is the price calculated?+
Based on the price list (from €24/hour), deployment form (patrol/single post/permanent), duration and travel. Better rates apply for monthly packages.

Are there surcharges for night, Sunday or public holiday assignments?+
Yes. For assignments between 22:00 and 06:00 as well as on Sundays and public holidays a customary industry surcharge applies. The exact amount is transparently disclosed in the written quote before the assignment starts.
How is discretion ensured?+
All assignment information is treated confidentially. Appearance, clothing and communication are tailored to the assignment — from civilian and inconspicuous through to visibly present.
