Property protection is aimed at companies, developers, property managers and private clients wanting to secure a building, site or defined area for a specific period. It is particularly useful in situations of elevated risk from burglary, vandalism or theft, during sensitive phases such as conversions or vacancies, or after incidents. The individual protection requirement is determined jointly: deployment form (patrol, single post, permanent guard), times and responsibilities are agreed in writing. All patrol rounds are documented. Reliability, clearly defined escalation paths and a professional appearance are the foundation.

Travel
Travel & recurring assignments: Travel costs are calculated individually depending on distance, frequency and contract term. Special conditions can be agreed for regular or long-term property protection contracts. All costs are shown transparently in the quote before acceptance.

If several surcharges apply, they are added cumulatively to the base price, but no more than twice. The club discount (10 %) is applied to the total after surcharges.
- Minimum booking 4 hours per assignment.
- Additional equipment: If special or additional equipment is required for an assignment, costs may arise by individual agreement. These are shown transparently in the quote before order confirmation.
- Prices may be adjusted in the event of significant changes in wage, collective-agreement, tax or fuel costs. For ongoing contracts > 3 months, adjustments are made with 6 weeks' notice in text form. Individually confirmed single orders remain unaffected.
- Valid from 01.11.2026 until revoked or until a new price list is published. Offers and orders already confirmed in writing remain at the agreed conditions.
- Prices are net guide prices. Under the small business scheme, no VAT is shown in accordance with § 19 UStG.

Is permanent guarding cheaper?+
Yes, as a monthly package. The exact conditions depend on scope, property and deployment times and are transparently shown in the written quote.
Is every patrol round documented?+
Yes. Rounds are documented with time, route and any relevant observations. On request you receive regular deployment reports.
Are alarm systems or video surveillance offered as well?+
No. SECURELINE provides personnel security services. Where technology is needed, we recommend cooperation with specialised providers — on-site coordination can be part of the assignment.
How quickly can property protection start after an incident?+
Subject to available capacity, short-notice; with less than 48 hours lead time a short-notice surcharge of +20 % applies (+40 % under 24 hours). Availability is checked after your enquiry.
How is the price calculated?+
Based on the price list (from €28/hour), deployment form (patrol/single post/permanent), duration and travel. Better rates apply for monthly packages.
Does SECURELINE offer fire watch services?+
Yes — as an additional field of deployment within property protection (SEC-003) and only by prior arrangement. It covers fire-safety-related monitoring and inspection duties within the agreed scope, in particular patrol rounds with heightened attention to fire-safety-relevant irregularities.
What qualification is available for fire watch duties?+
A trained fire safety assistant qualification („Brandschutzhelfer“) is in place. This is expressly not a fire protection officer, fire protection expert, fire brigade or works fire brigade service.
Can a fire watch be requested at short notice?+
Subject to available capacity, yes. With less than 48 hours lead time a short-notice surcharge of +20 % applies (+40 % under 24 hours). Scope, times and duties are agreed in writing before the assignment.
Does a fire watch replace the fire brigade?+
No. A fire watch replaces neither the fire brigade nor official requirements or technical fire protection systems. It is organisational support in preventive fire protection within the agreed scope; it cannot be guaranteed that a fire will be prevented. In an incident, the fire brigade and the agreed alarm contacts are notified immediately.

All assignment information is treated confidentially. Appearance, clothing and communication are tailored to the assignment — from civilian and inconspicuous through to visibly present.
