Professional access control and stewarding for events and venues — from ticket checks through to structured visitor management.
Access control & stewarding is aimed at organisers, associations, companies and venues that want to ensure orderly entry, clear access rules and a structured flow. It is useful at any event where tickets, guest lists, age checks or access permissions need to be verified, or where visitor flows have to be guided. Rules, responsibilities and entry criteria are agreed with the organiser in advance; the appearance is friendly but consistent. There are explicitly no police or sovereign powers — work is carried out solely within the framework of domiciliary rights and applicable law.

The binding total price results from the individual written quote (§ 3a para. 1 PAngV). Travel and surcharges according to the terms below.
Terms (price list V15.0)
Travel
Travel SEC-002/SEC-006: Included up to 30 km one-way distance from Alpirsbach. Beyond that, a tiered travel flat rate by distance applies. The flat rate covers the outward and return journey including travel time and applies per deployment day.

For multi-day assignments the flat rate applies per deployment day, provided the outward and return journey takes place each day.
If an overnight stay is required, costs are calculated individually.

If several surcharges apply, they are added cumulatively to the base price, but no more than twice. The club discount (10 %) is applied to the total after surcharges.
- Minimum booking 4 hours per assignment.
- 10 % club discount for SEC-002 and SEC-006 – applied to the total after surcharges.
- Additional equipment: If special or additional equipment is required for an assignment, costs may arise by individual agreement. These are shown transparently in the quote before order confirmation.
- Prices may be adjusted in the event of significant changes in wage, collective-agreement, tax or fuel costs. For ongoing contracts > 3 months, adjustments are made with 6 weeks' notice in text form. Individually confirmed single orders remain unaffected.
- Valid from 01.11.2026 until revoked or until a new price list is published. Offers and orders already confirmed in writing remain at the agreed conditions.
- Prices are net guide prices. Under the small business scheme, no VAT is shown in accordance with § 19 UStG.

Which events is stewarding suitable for?+
For any event with a defined entry point or regulated access zones — from small club celebrations through to larger concerts, trade fairs or corporate events.
Are bag checks or hand-held detectors used?+
Yes, subject to prior agreement and within the scope of domiciliary rights. Entry rules are set out in writing before the event.
Is there a club discount?+
Yes. Registered clubs and associations receive a 10% discount on personnel costs.
How many officers are deployed?+
As a rough guideline one officer per 100 guests; more for complex flows or multiple entrances. The scaling is agreed jointly.
Are there police powers?+
No. Stewards and access control staff work exclusively within the scope of domiciliary rights, the § 34a GewO expert qualification and applicable law — without sovereign powers.
Are short-notice enquiries possible?+
Subject to available capacity, yes. For larger teams an early enquiry is advisable; less than 48 hours lead time incurs a short-notice surcharge of +20 % (+40 % under 24 hours).
How is the price calculated?+
Based on the price list (from €29/hour), the required team size and the duration. Travel, surcharges and — where applicable — the club discount are transparently disclosed in the quote.

Yes. Night surcharge (10 pm–6 am) +25 %, Sunday +50 %, public holiday +100 %. Several surcharges are added cumulatively to the base price, but no more than twice.
How is discretion ensured?+
All assignment information is treated confidentially. Appearance, clothing and communication are tailored to the assignment — from civilian and inconspicuous through to visibly present.

The core area is Alpirsbach, Freudenstadt and the entire Black Forest. Assignments throughout Baden-Württemberg and beyond are possible on request; travel costs are shown transparently in the quote.
