The binding total price results from the individual written quote (§ 3a para. 1 PAngV). Travel and surcharges according to the terms below.

Travel
Travel & deployment costs: Travel and trip costs are calculated individually depending on location, course of the assignment and scope, and shown transparently in the quote in advance.

If several surcharges apply, they are added cumulatively to the base price, but no more than twice. The club discount (10 %) is applied to the total after surcharges.
- Minimum booking 4 hours per assignment.
- Additional equipment: If special or additional equipment is required for an assignment, costs may arise by individual agreement. These are shown transparently in the quote before order confirmation.
- Prices may be adjusted in the event of significant changes in wage, collective-agreement, tax or fuel costs. For ongoing contracts > 3 months, adjustments are made with 6 weeks' notice in text form. Individually confirmed single orders remain unaffected.
- Valid from 01.11.2026 until revoked or until a new price list is published. Offers and orders already confirmed in writing remain at the agreed conditions.
- Prices are net guide prices. Under the small business scheme, no VAT is shown in accordance with § 19 UStG.

On request. The German § 34a GewO qualification applies directly only in Germany; Austria and Switzerland have their own licensing regimes. Admissibility is checked in advance; where required, cooperation with licensed local partners is arranged.
Are the results usable in court?+
All observations are documented cleanly with time, place and relevant circumstances. The final assessment of admissibility is for the court and the lawyer; reports are structured so they can be used in proceedings.
How is the price calculated?+
Based on the price list (from €39/hour), effort, duration and area of operation. Travel and night/Sunday/holiday surcharges are transparently disclosed in the quote.
Are short-notice enquiries possible?+
Subject to available capacity, yes. Less than 48 hours lead time incurs a short-notice surcharge of +20 % (+40 % under 24 hours).
